Description

Roomy 3BR 3BA chalet sleeps 10 comfortably. Flat screen TV with cable in every bedroom and den. Gas log fireplace for winter months. Spacious game room with enough games to keep kids happy for hours. We have a full-size pool table, full-size air hockey, full-size tournament-grade ping pong table, foosball, stand-up multi-cade video arcade game, and corn hole game, checkers, and so much more. Dedicated stereo allows the kids to play their music off their smartphones or iPod. Hot tub is located in a private screened room with low level lighting. You will absolutely LOVE the convenience of this location to all attractions. Access to the Parkway is via stop light #1 in Pigeon Forge, so no long waits for an opening in traffic even when busiest.
 
You are only 10 minutes away from the Tanger Outlet Mall, Wal-Mart, Dixie Stampede, and only 15-18 minutes from Gatlinburg (actual travel time depends on traffic). All major attractions are a short ride away. Yet you get to come home to peaceful serenity. The riverwalk leads you along the banks of the Little Pigeon River which wraps around the back and side of our neighborhood. Get a temporary license and go fishing!!.

• Maximum occupancy should be limited to 10, absolutely no more than 12 total persons without owner's express written permission
• Parking space limited to 2 vehicles (speak with owner regarding options if extra parking is needed)
• Please make sure children are supervised at all times by adult.
 

Policy

Bookings cancelled at minimum 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
 
If you cancel at or before 45 days prior to scheduled arrival, we would still try to refund. Most families who reserve with us make those reservations 45 days or more in advance. Also, if moving your dates to alternate open dates on our calendar (other than major holidays) would help, we will be happy to assist you in moving your dates to a more suitable (open) place on the calendar. We will try to work with you any way we can.
